RETURNS & REFUNDS

We allow 14 days after the order date for you to return your goods if you are not happy with them.

To make a return, please email infoclouddote@gmail.com with your order number.

You must return all items in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging. All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition.

You are responsible for the return shipping and all shipping chargers are non-refunded. Cloud Dote would recommend you return your items by Royal Mail Tracked 48. All returns are at your own risk, and remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Damages and issues
If your item is faulty at all, please email us immediately with photo evidence so we can document it. (If any items are faulty you have 14 days after your order date to return)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
